Returns Policy

  • Items may only be returned with prior authorization. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable only with the exception if Clubgerie made an error by sending the incorrect item to the customer. In this case, customers must contact Clubgerie to obtain a return label or request a merchandise pick up. All valid claims of any shipping errors or defects in merchandise will be handled and corrected promptly to your complete satisfaction. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the customer made an error in sizing or ordered the wrong product.

  • Once the product is received at our warehouse in original condition and packaging we will issue a refund, or authorize a store credit in the case that the correct item is unavailable, for the amount of the original purchase price. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card charged.

  • A customer may return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA, automatic store credit will be applied once the merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.

  • If the returned item is received at our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be sent back to the member at their expense.


 

Items NOT eligible to be returned:

  • Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, and/or laundered cannot be taken back. These items include but are not limited to Panties, Stockings, Body Stocking, Eye Lashes, Make-up, Pasties, Body Appliqués, Pantyhose, Wigs, Women and Men’s Boxers/Thongs, Swim wear, Sale Price items, and Clearance Items. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 15% handling and restocking charge.

Responsibility:

  • As the customer you are responsible for the shipping fees back to CLUBGERIE. Please ship using whatever shipping method you prefer. We strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all returned packages as we are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail delivery system. It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped that may have been lost in the mail delivery system. The return must be shipped within 3 days of receiving an authorization number.
